Saddle Creek Recognized on Top 3PLs Lists

Saddle Creek is a 3PL worth noticing, according to three key industry publications. The third-party logistics company has once again been recognized as an industry leader by Inbound Logistics’ “Top 100 3PLs,” “SupplyChainBrain’s 100 Great Supply Chain Partners” and “Food Logistics’ Top 70 3PLs.”
Saddle Creek was one of 100 companies selected from more than 2,500 nominations for SupplyChainBrain’s 2009 100 Great Supply Chain Partners Program. The list recognizes providers whose solutions have made a significant impact on their customers’ efficiency, customer service and overall supply chain performance. One nomination describes Saddle Creek, saying, “They try to supply ideas for saving money and helping us to become better as a company.”
Saddle Creek also earned a place as an Inbound Logistics Top 100 3PL – for the 11th consecutive year. “Today's business logistics leaders say they appreciate 3PLs that are proactive, take the lead in offering suggestions, and help transform the enterprise. Saddle Creek qualifies as an Inbound Logistics 2009 Top 100 3PL Provider because it has shown consistent results in transforming customers' logistics and supply networks, businesses, and enterprises," said Inbound Logistics Editor Felecia Stratton.
In its 2009 Top 70 3PLs, Food Logistics magazine lists third-party logistics providers that are helping food, beverage and CPG companies gain a competitive logistical advantage. The publication recognized Saddle Creek as one of 70 third-party logistics providers with “a broad scope of services and capabilities that enable food companies to reduce costs, increase flexibility and improve service levels,” said Katherine Doherty, editor-in-chief of Food Logistics magazine.
